2. What the service is
Litoral.Online is an independent, informational travel guide to the Romanian Black Sea coast. We are not a travel agency and we do not sell accommodation, tours or transport. Bookings happen on third-party websites, under their own terms.
3. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep information correct, but details such as prices, opening hours, availability and ratings change and may be out of date or inaccurate. Always confirm with the venue or provider before you rely on it. We provide the content “as is”, without warranties.
4. Affiliate links and paid listings
Some links are affiliate links: if you book or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Some listings are paid placements and are marked as such. This never changes what we honestly recommend, and it keeps the guide free.
5. Intellectual property
Original text, design and branding on Litoral.Online are ours and protected by law. Some images and venue data come from third-party sources (e.g. Google) or their owners. You may not copy or reproduce our original content without written permission.
6. User content and reviews
If you submit a review or message, you confirm it is your own, lawful and not misleading. We may moderate, edit or remove content that is spammy, offensive, defamatory or unlawful.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information here, nor for the products, services, websites or conduct of third parties (venues, booking sites, affiliate partners).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use means you accept the changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
