What to see and do

Jupiter runs at a slow pace, built for relaxation rather than adrenaline. Its strength is the setting: Comorova forest behind, Jupiter lake nearby and the beach in front. The air is cleaner, and the greenery makes summer more bearable.

Getting there and when to go

Jupiter is on the southern coast, about 40 km from Constanța and very close to Mangalia. It's easily reached by car on the main road, but also by train (the Neptun-Olimp station is nearby) or coach. Mihail Kogălniceanu airport is roughly an hour away.

The season runs June–September. July and August are the warmest and liveliest; June and September offer better prices, more calm and still-pleasant water — ideal for families avoiding the peak.
