Un punct reper al istoriei antice a vechii cetăți Tomis, toți locuitorii orașului și turiștii ar trebui să viziteze măcar odată edificiul.

Edificiul Roman cu Mozaic este situat lângă Muzeul de Istorie și a fost descoperit in 1959, in timpul unor lucrari in Piata Ovidiu. Monumentul a fost construit in secolul al IV-lea. Din păcate se poate vizita doar partea interioară.

Intrarea este gratuită. Merită văzut, dar să ieșiți și prin exterior acolo unde sunt cele 11 proti pe spațiul verde. Arată foarte interesant.
