What Nibiru actually is

Nibiru is neither a club nor just a festival — it's an entire destination, built as a "beach music city" that appears, practically from scratch, on the map of the Romanian coast. From summer 2026, all the energy of the Beach, Please! festival and the events around it moves here, into a resort that blends the beach with music, food and family attractions.

Here at the Litoral.Online editorial team, we see Nibiru as a bold experiment: instead of reshaping an old resort, you build a new one dedicated entirely to fun. It's young, it's loud, and it's made for groups, couples and families alike.

Where it is

Nibiru sits between Costinești and Tuzla, in Constanța county, on a strip of coast that used to be quiet. The location is strategic: you're a few kilometres from Costinești, close to Eforie and a short hop from Constanța.

The approximate coordinates are 43.955, 28.632 — you can drop them straight into Waze or Google Maps.

The promenade and the venues

The heart of the resort is the Nibiru Promenade, an open promenade with over 30 venues, restaurants and cafés. A few spots worth putting on your list:

• Nibiru Arena — billed as "the largest open-air club in the world," with LED screens and state-of-the-art sound and lighting;
• Berăria Nibiru — a 1,000-seat beer garden with live concerts every evening;
• The Fool — a stand-up comedy venue featuring Romanian comedians;
• dozens of terraces and restaurants for every budget and craving.

Attractions for families and kids

Nibiru isn't only about partying until sunrise. By day, the resort shows its family-friendly side:

• the Planets Museum — reproductions of the solar system, each planet individually lit (the cosmic theme is exactly where the name "Nibiru" comes from);
• Hype Play — a 3,500 sqm indoor play space;
• an amusement park with rides and games, plus a sports area;
• a zip-line, karting and a Ferris wheel with sea views.

Access, prices and season

The resort is open daily until 30 August, and the season kicks off around 16 July 2026. Access to the promenade works on a consumption-voucher basis:

• 25 RON if you buy it online, before 5 p.m.;
• 35 RON at the gate, without a voucher;
• students enter the promenade free, and children under 5 enter free.

Festival tickets are separate and start at a few hundred lei. Prices and schedules are indicative and may change — always check the official sources (nibiru.net) before you set off.

How to get there

You can arrive by car (the easiest, via the A2 and then toward the coast), by train to Constanța or Costinești, by coach, or even by plane to Mihail Kogălniceanu Airport. From there, a short transfer drops you at the resort gates.
